Spark your creative spirit, stitch some soul back into your life!
Stitching Soul workshops are for therapists and other healing professionals. On a seasonal basis  I will be facilitating unique art projects sure to call your imagination into play.
I decided to name my workshops "Stitching Soul" for two reasons. First, I plan on teaching sewing projects at times (my first job was as a seamstress and wearable art designer). And secondly, I love the notion that together we are hand stitching, or weaving something important back into our lives, taking the old and creating something new.
All levels of experience are welcome. In fact, if you don't normally do something like this, I wholeheartedly encourage you to give it a try. As healing professionals we can become myopic in our practices. This is an invitation to delve into the intuitive part of you and grant yourself a
day of play and self-care.
